The questions clients ask most often before booking a shoot with Matex IT Services.
Shoots are quoted per session, because a one-hour family shoot and full-day event coverage are very different jobs. Tell us the type of shoot, the date and roughly how long you need us, and we will send a written quote, usually within 24 hours.
You will normally see edited previews within a few days, and the full set is delivered inside two weeks for most shoots. Large events can take a little longer.
It depends on the length of the shoot. A standard family or couples session typically delivers several dozen fully edited images; full event coverage delivers considerably more. We agree the expected number upfront.
Yes. We shoot on location around Cape Town — gardens, beachfront, forest, your home or your venue. Travel outside the area can be arranged and is quoted with the shoot.
Yes. Every image we deliver is colour-corrected and retouched. You never receive unedited files straight off the camera.
Absolutely. We photograph a lot of family sessions and plan extra time for younger children, so nobody is rushed.
Yes. You receive full-resolution images through a private online gallery, so you can print and enlarge them without losing quality.
